Order Processing

Orders will be processed in 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed. Weekend and holiday orders start processing on the next working day. Stock shortages or system maintenance may lead to shipment delays, and we will email you in advance.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

You can pick your shipping method at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only. Factors like remote areas, bad weather and customs may cause delays outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are auto-calculated at checkout according to weight, package size and address. Free shipping promotions are available from time to time. Shipping fees are non-refundable except for our errors such as wrong, missing or defective items.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Track your parcel on our website or courier’s official site.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Please double-check your full name, phone number and shipping address. We cannot take responsibility for packages lost or returned due to invalid address information.

Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels

If the courier cannot reach you or you reject delivery, the parcel will return to our warehouse. Re-delivery requires you to cover round-trip shipping costs. Refunds will deduct applicable shipping fees.

Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

For overseas orders, import duties, customs fees and local taxes are paid by the recipient. surosen does not cover these charges.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect your package right after delivery. Report damaged, missing or lost goods to customer service within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will offer replacement or refund after review.

We may revise this shipping policy anytime without prior notice. Continued purchases on our site mean you accept the updated policy.
