Return Conditions
You can return your items within 30 days after purchase. Please make sure the products are unused, intact, and kept in original packaging to get a valid refund or exchange.
Order Cancellation
All orders will be processed in 1–3 working days. You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer supported.
How to Return Items
First, contact our customer service to get the official return address. Then pack your item well with your purchase proof, and send it back to our warehouse.
Shipping Fee Instructions
If the return is caused by our mistakes (wrong goods, damaged items, missing parts), we will cover all return shipping fees. If you return items for personal reasons, you need to pay for the return shipping cost, and the fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Timeline
After we receive and check your returned package, we will process your refund within 30 days. Please note that the refund may take 1–2 billing cycles to show in your account due to bank processing delays. You will receive an email notification once the refund is done.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: perishable products, intimate items, gift cards, customized products, and digital goods. For damaged or defective eligible items, please contact us for a free replacement or refund.
